Developed a R-based pipeline to automate morphometric feature extraction
Enables reasurchers to process large batches of image datasets and addresses limitations in current species ID tools, especially when it comes to underdocumented or unknown species.
This project was tested on Noctuidae moths in the Binghamton University Nature Perserve and I will continure reasurch over the summer to validate the dataset.

Quiz game developed in R using Shiny, to help identify various Orthoptera species by matching the species name to sound and image cues.
Recordings and pictures are specific to Eastern Texas and recordings were collected from Orthopterists' Society (T.J. Walker, T.M.Yawn)
This project is to help educate researchers and the general public, on common cricket species, and is part of a broader initiative to record cricket calls and classify orthoptera calls using raven pro.
Contributed to dataset creation and collaborated on development of the Shiny interface.
This is an ongoing project and that I will continue to work on with PhD Student Joe Elias over the summer
